FIT-TENNIS combines Tennis Drills with Circuit Training. Lose Weight, Firm Up, Get Fit with our "Tennis Themed Bootcamp" Program. Our camps are designed to prepare individuals for the demands of the sport, reduce the risk of injury, identify areas of strength and weakness, and improve one's game.

Bootcamps are taught by our USPTA Tennis Professional & Certified Personal Trainers and Classes are held twice per week, 60 minutes per session for 4 weeks.

BootCamp Prices:

  • $15 per person individual walk-in class, or
  • 6 Classes $90.00, or
  • 8 Classes $120.00

BootCamp Classes:

  • Two Classes Weekly, Morning and Afternoon Sessions Available
    Tuesday Night (7 to 8 pm). and
    Friday Morning (9 to 10 am)
  • Pre-registration Required
