Answers to frequently asked questions.

Q: What are the hours of operation for Hagen Tennis?

A: Courts are available Monday - Thursday: 8 am to 9 pm; Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 8 am - 6 pm.

Q: How many courts and what type of courts do you have?

A: Hagen Park Tennis Center has six lighted tennis courts (two HAR-TRU® Clay courts and four hard courts).

Q: Do you provide private tennis lessons and what is the price?

A: Yes, absolutely. Private and Group lessons are offered with Eddie and staff. Staff includes USPTA Pro Donna Kocyba. Private lessons are $25.00 /half hour and $45.00 / hour. Group lessons range from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour per person. Private lessons are open to all ages and playing levels.

Q: How many camps do you have for children and juniors?

A: We have four camps for ages 5 to 15 - Spring Tennis/Sports Camp in April, Summer Tennis/Sports Camp June - August, Thanksgiving 2- Day Tennis/Sports Camp in November and the Winter 2-Week Tennis/Sports Camp in December.

Q: Can I register and pay Online for all programs offered?

A: All programs offered are listed on the (Fall and Spring) Schedule page. Our goal is to have all programs with Online Registration and Payment, however only those programs listed on the left side bar are offered with Online Registration and Payment.

Q: Can I just register online and pay in person?

A: If you choose to Register Online, you must also make an Online Payment which will confirm the registration. You can register by mail and include a check for payment. You will find the link to download the mail-in registration form on the bottom of the program page.

Q: I registered and made an Online Payment but I do not see a Hagen Tennis charge on my credit card.

A: ProServe Concepts processes the payments for the Hagen Park Tennis Center Online Registration/Payments through the PayPal secure server. Your Credit Card Statement will show a PayPal charge for the specific program (Boot_Camp_Classes, Fit-Tennis_BootCamp, Summer_Camp, Spring_Camp, etc). After you complete the payment process on the PayPal server you will get a Thank You page confirming your payment and you will receive an e-mail within 24 hours confirming the receipt of the Online Payment and Registration.

Q: What do campers need to bring with them to the various camps?

A: Attendees should bring the following: hat, sunscreen, and a change of clothing/shirt. Snacks, drinks and Lunch are provided. Snack bar is available to purchase candy, soda, Gatorade, ice cream, etc. Field trips and other special events are announced and instructions given for any special items campers need to bring.

Q: How many pros and camp consulors staff the various camps?

A: The number of campers for a specific camp dictate the numbers of pros and consulors. Pre-registration is important so we can adequately staff the camp.

Q: What if my child needs special medication or has a medical condition, Can they attend camp?

A: Both the Online Registration and Mail Registration form provides space to include information about allergies/sicknesses/medication etc. We also require a doctors name, phone number and emergency contact for all campers. If your child has a special condition it is best to talk with Eddie Sposa to determine if camp will be suitable for your child.

Q: What is the difference between the Fit-Tennis BootCamp and the Boot Camp Classes?

A: The Fit-Tennis BootCamp is a physical training camp with emphasis on tennis and tennis activities. The Boot Camp Class is geared toward a general physical training regiment to improve overall physic and endurance.
